MAP Testing

The District-wide Spring MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) testing is in progress. Our students in grades 6th – 8th are scheduled to begin testing on Tuesday, April 22, – Friday, April 25, 2014, upon return from spring break. Teachers will use the Spring MAP test results to continue monitoring your child’s instructional level and to measure academic growth for this school year in the areas of Reading, Language Arts, Math and Science. The information from this administration of MAP will also assist teachers when planning for your child’s educational needs for the remainder of this school year, as well as academic placement for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year.
