Vet School for a Day at UGA
The University of Georgia will be hosting its annual “Vet School for a Day” program on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the University of Georgia. This program is designed to give high school students a greater understanding about the career opportunities within the field of veterinary medicine. This is for high school juniors or seniors who may be interested in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
Space for this popular program is limited and students must be nominated by a school counselor. Vet School for a Day is proudly sponsored by the David Forehand Foundation, based in Atlanta.
(Select and complete a survey for each school where you have a child.)
Seniors, It’s time to start thinking about purchasing a senior ad for the yearbook. Please come by Mrs. Hoffpauir’s room before lunch or after school to grab a form. A $40 deposit is due in October and the whole ad cost will be due in December.
Please remember that your formals will be taken on September 21st and there is a $20 sitting fee. Everyone must get their formals on that day. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Hoffpauir or Mr. Hill.
